Log files are retained for a maximum of 7 days unless a security incident requires longer retention.
4 Contact by email
If you contact us by email, your data will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Data will be deleted once the correspondence is concluded and no statutory retention obligation applies. You are not obliged to provide data; however, without it we cannot respond.
