    We form suitable teams for process definition and rollouts. This ensures acceptance and promotes mutual understanding. We first address the workflows and then address any gaps that may need to be filled to meet standards and norms.
  • Securing and further developing what works.
    I support the establishment of clear responsibilities, review structures, and learning loops so that processes don't become rigid monuments, but rather a learning, innovative system.
